Tuality Healthcare is a non-profit Communityhealth care organization located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Founded in 1918 as Tuality Community Hospital, when Minnie Jones Coy started a small hospital in Hillsboro. the organization became an independent public hospital district in 1974 and assumed its new name in 1975. It currently serves Washington County and parts of Yamhill County with an extensive network of primary care and specialty physicians, clinics, home health services, urgent care services, rehabilitation services, behavioral health services, hospice and hospital-based acute care. Regionally, it operates four hospitals: Tuality Healthcare in Hillsboro OR; Tuality Forest Grove Hospital; GoHealth Urgent Care Westside Clinic; and Seaside Family Medical Center at The Heights. It also partners with other local healthcare organizations to provide seamless access to specialized medical care for its patients. In addition to providing excellent clinical care, the organization's mission includes promoting wellness through education programs such as diabetes prevention and nutrition classes.
