Subsequent acquisitions at the beginning of the 21st century helped expand its presence into many different industries such as scientific research, legal services, and healthcare through its subsidiaries LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Elsevier Research Intelligence. Today, RELX Group serves customers in over 180 countries with products ranging from books to journals; magazines to newspapers; websites to databases; risk management solutions; analytics systems for decision making; medical software systems for managing patient data; among many others.
