Thomas Golisano, the company’s headquarters are located in Rochester, New York. Paychex provides a wide array of services such as payroll processing, HR administration and guidance, employee benefits consulting and management services, retirement services administration including individual retirement account (IRA) processing, health insurance programs and 401(k) plan record keeping. Their services are available in all 50 US states as well as Puerto Rico. Additionally they offer a suite of web-based tools that allow customers to manage their employees online through personal computers or mobile devices from any location with internet access. Through these methods Paychex enables their clients to save time on mundane tasks such as payroll processing so that business owners can focus on the core functions of their enterprise. They have grown steadily since inception and currently service over 605 thousand clients across all industries worldwide according to their 2017 annual report released in June 2018.
