Cornish College Of The Arts
Cornish College of the Arts is a private, non-profit college in Seattle, Washington that offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in visual art, music performance, dance, theater production and design technology. Founded in 1914 as The Cornish School of Music by Nellie Cornish—a visionary teacher and patron of the arts—the school has evolved into one of the top art schools in the United States. Popularly regarded as one of America’s “Top 20 Creative Colleges” (DesignIntelligence), students at Cornish attend classes across three campuses: its historic main campus located on Capitol Hill; The Kunzelmann-Ingriselli Estate in Leschi for residential programs; and Archery Summit Vineyard & Winery outside Dayton/Oregon for Wine Studies. Its curriculum includes professional training across all four foundational artistic disciplines, with several specializations like Animation Production and Computer Science for Interactive Audio Design available to undergraduates.
