Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is a subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, the world’s largest tire and rubber manufacturer. Founded in 1931 as The Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, it soon became an industry leader in automotive, truck and industrial tires; off-the-road tires and treads; firestone air springs; agricultural implements and protection products for construction equipment.
