TCF Financial Corp is a banking and financial services company based in Minnesota with branches throughout the Midwest region. Established in 1995, TCF has grown from its roots as Twin City Building & Loan Association to become a major player in community banking and consumer lending, while also providing wealth management, leasing and corporate finance services.
