West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc. (WVUH) is a nonprofit, healthcare system headquartered in Morgantown, West Virginia. Established in 1980 as part of the West Virginia University Health System and affiliated with the WVU School of Medicine, WVUH is the state’s largest hospital network. The company consists of three hospitals: J.W Ruby Memorial Hospital (the primary facility), Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale and United Hospital Center in Bridgeport. In addition to their main hospital campuses, they also operate several community-based outpatient sites throughout North Central West Virginia, including Braxton County Memorial Hospital and Jackson General Hospital.
