Us Xpress Enterprises Inc. is a transportation and logistics company founded in 1986 by Max Fuller and Pat Quinn in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Us Xpress focuses on providing quality services for fleets of all sizes nationwide, including truckload freight, dedicated contract carriage, intermodal solutions, expedited shipping, and final-mile delivery. The company has grown from two trucks to over 11,000 vehicles across the United States with more than 20 terminals located strategically throughout the country as well as Mexico. Us Xpress was an early adopter of electronic logging devices (ELDs) in 2013 which enabled them to track their fleet’s compliance with federal regulations in real time. In 2019 Us Xpress merged with Knight Transportation to form Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc., creating one of the largest companies for truckload freight services in North America.
