The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is a not-for-profit, acute care hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. Founded in 1953 as Wesley Long Community Hospital by the community of Guilford County, it was renamed The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in 1957 to honor the legacy of Mr. Moses H. Cone and the textile industry he founded in North Carolina. With its main campus located on 2200 acres of land, The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital provides medical and surgical services across seven clinical areas: cardiovascular medicine, critical care medicine, orthopedics & sports medicine, obstetrics & gynecology/women's health services, cancer services, rehabilitation and physical therapy/occupational therapy services and family practice/internal medicine services.
