The Coca-Cola Bottlers Assn
The Coca-Cola Bottlers Association (CCBA) is a trade association for independent bottlers of the Coca-Cola Company throughout North America, consisting of both franchise and corporate bottlers. Founded in 1913 by then President Ernest Woodruff, the CCBA has grown from its humble beginnings as a small group of local family-owned and operated bottling plants to now represent over 200 bottling companies that serve more than 165 million people across the United States and Canada. The organization has always been dedicated to improving consumer safety while promoting responsible business practices among its members. Over the years, regional chapters have been formed and various initiatives have been adopted in an effort to assist member bottlers with their operations. In addition, the CCBA is also involved in legislative efforts aimed at making sure that consumers get safe, quality products while ensuring continuing access to competitively priced beverages. The organization helps its members grow their businesses through education opportunities and industry events designed to help them stay ahead of trends and best meet customer needs.
