PVH Corp. is a global apparel company with over $9 billion in revenue, selling products under iconic brand names such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. It was founded in 1881 when brothers John and Isaac Phillips opened the Eagle Shirt Manufacturing Company in New York City. Over the years, the company has changed its name multiple times due to several acquisitions and mergers before eventually becoming known as PVH Corp. in 2003 following its acquisition of The Warnaco Group Inc., which included brands such as Vanity Fair, Warner’s, Olga, Chaps by Ralph Lauren and Izod. PVH operates under two divisions - Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger - with a total of 48 brands that it sells through department stores, specialty retailers, mass merchants and e-commerce sites around the world.
