Personal Touch Home Care Of Ny., Inc. (PTHC) is a family-owned and operated home health care agency that has been providing services throughout New York since 1974. PTHC provides customized home health care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those who need rehabilitative or support after hospitalization or injury. PTHC’s wide range of services includes basic activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation and companionship; medical needs such as nursing care; specialized therapies like physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy; mental health services like therapeutic counselling; and medication management. PTHC is fully licensed by the New York State Department of Health for Home Care Services Licensure Program and is accredited by The Joint Commission which sets healthcare standards nationally. In addition to this accreditation through The Joint Commission, PTHC also holds an accreditation from the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education in partnership with Accountable Health Partnerships (AHP). All of our employees are HHA Licensed Practitioners who have completed national background checks.
