Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., also known as Live Nation, is a global entertainment company headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Founded in January 25, 2010 as SFX Entertainment by Robert F. X. Sillerman, it was the first to consolidate individual concert promoters into one national company and changed the industry for years to come.
