Las Vegas Sands Corp is an American company based in Paradise, Nevada that was founded in 1988 to develop and operate resort properties. It primarily operates through its subsidiaries The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, and other locations across Asia and the United States. The resorts feature hotel rooms, retail outlets, restaurants, gaming arenas, convention centers and entertainment venues for tourists. It also offers integrated business services to its customers such as booking travel arrangements and reservations at the resorts. In addition to operating properties in the US and Asia Pacific regions, it has recently expanded into Macau with The Venetian Macao resort opened in 2007.
