Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Of Washington
The Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington (KFHPW) is a non-profit health plan founded in 1945 by industrialist Henry J. Kaiser, and serves members throughout Washington State. KFHPW’s mission is to provide high quality, affordable health care services and to improve the health of its members and the communities it serves. As one of the largest plans in the Pacific Northwest Region, KFHPW offers commercial and Medicare Advantage plans for individuals, families, employers, military personnel, and retirees. KFHPW also provides coverage through major Medicaid programs as well as behavioral health services such as substance use disorder treatment. In addition to providing access to insurance products that meet people's needs on a wide variety of levels through their network of doctors and hospitals they have embraced technology with modern mobile tools like their app-based doctor visits service ‘Kaiser Permanente Virtual Visits' allowing members access to quality medical consultation wherever they are or whenever needed regardless of time constraints.
