Founded in 1964 in Decatur, Georgia, by John Sparks and his sons Tom and Jerry, Huddle House originally served southern favorites like biscuits and gravy, chicken and dumplings, fry pies and patty melts. In the 1970's and 1980's the company expanded into other regions of the US with their All Day Breakfast Strategy focusing on offering a full menu of breakfast items anytime day or night.
