Gundersen Lutheran Administrative Services, Inc. (GLAS) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization that was founded in 1917 by Gundersen Lutheran Health System (GLHS). GLAS strives to provide access to quality healthcare services in the midwest and beyond through its network of affiliate organizations. The organization provides administrative and operational support for medical practices, hospitals, health plans and other affiliated entities. This includes services such as claims processing, managed care, population health management and informatics. Since its inception, GLAS has grown to serve over 500 practice sites across 8 Midwest states as well as Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii. More recently, GLAS has expanded its mission to tackle complex challenges related to affordable healthcare access in rural areas while continuing to strive toward improving the quality of care provided throughout its network of affiliates.
