Fairview Health Services
Fairview Health Services is a non-profit health care system based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Founded in 1906 as a hospital and health plan, it has grown to become one of the largest integrated delivery networks in the state with more than 30 major care sites serving over 730,000 individuals annually. Fairview provides high-quality patient care, research and education; including primary and specialty services such as cardiovascular medicine, orthopedics, neuroscience, transplantation and cancer care. It also provides home health services through Home Care Partners. Additionally, Fairview operates 11 community hospitals throughout Minnesota with additional clinics located throughout the end of Minnesota and Wisconsin regions that provide outpatient services to its members. It collaborates with University of Minnesota Physicians to deliver tertiary medical care by highly trained providers near patients’ homes or workplace locations.
