Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is a leading provider of kidney dialysis services in the United States. The company was founded by nephrologists Dr. Robert Robinson and Dr. Thomas Starzl in 1971 to provide quality care for people with chronic renal failure and other debilitating diseases who require life-sustaining dialysis treatments. Initially established as a single center providing hemodialysis treatments at its flagship facility in Nashville, Tennessee, DCI has since grown into an organization of 2,225 outpatient centers located across 46 states plus Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S Virgin Islands today.
