Denny's Corp
Denny’s Corp is an American full-service restaurant chain that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 24 hours a day. Founded in 1953 by Richard Jezak and Harold Butler as Danny’s Donuts in Lakewood, California, the business began franchising with help from Tom Simms in 1959. By 1963 its name had changed to Denny's and it had grown to over 100 restaurants across the U.S. The company experienced further expansion through acquisitions of other family dining chains such as El Pollo Loco and Quincy’s; it later became a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the symbol “DENN." Denny's currently operates over 1,700 locations worldwide including outlets in Honduras, Mexico, Canada and Qatar. It offers traditional American cuisine such as burgers and fries alongside classic dishes like steak & eggs or blueberry pancakes. In recent years they have also added healthier options on their ‘Fit Fare' menu.
