Cheddar's Casual Cafe, Inc is an American restaurant chain founded in 1979 by Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers. Initially based out of Arlington, Texas, the company now spans across 28 states with its headquarters in Irving, Texas. Cheddar’s serves a variety of classic American cuisine such as Tex-Mex dishes, burgers and sandwiches, steaks and ribs, seafood entrees and specialty salads.
