Cavco Industries, Inc. is a publicly traded company incorporated in 1965 with headquarters located in Phoenix, Arizona. Cavco serves its customers through two divisions: Manufacturing and Financial Services. The Manufacturing division offers a wide range of factory-built housing products which are marketed under various trade names including Fleetwood Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, Fairmont Homes and Chariot Eagle to manufactured home retail centers located across the country as well as private label branded product programs for commercial property owners and builders constructing multi-family apartment complexes. The Financial Services division administers mortgage loans through an affiliated specialty finance subsidiary that provides financing solutions for customers looking to purchase factory-built homes from Cavco’s network of independent retailers. Cavco has grown significantly since its inception more than 50 years ago; today it is one of the largest production home builders globally with over 9400 employees across 47 facilities spread throughout the United States as well as Mexico and Canada
