AAF McQuay Inc
AAF-McQuay Inc is a global provider of air filtration, ventilation and cooling solutions for commercial, residential and industrial purposes. Established in 1924 by brothers Alfred Foellinger and Albert Foellinger, AAF-McQuay got its start in the HVAC industry when it developed centrifugal fans for use on locomotives. As demand grew, their products evolved to include coil finning machines used to produce radiators, evaporators and condensers. In 1941 AAF-McQuay was acquired by McQuay International who expanded their product line to include air handling units, rooftops systems, fan coils and many other components of HVAC systems. In 1987, they merged with Amatek Industries Inc., forming American Air Filter Company (AAF). Today AAF is a part of the Daikin Group and produces a wide range of products including air filters, industrial respirators and indoor air quality systems used in homes and businesses all over the world. The company has 12 plants located across the U.S., Europe China and Australia making them one of the leading suppliers in the HVAC industry.
